I Developed My Art Making Skills
Did you learn new techniques or processes as part of the work for this project?
In this Art project, I developed some new ideas, that I think are really cool. I figured out that artists can lay down and drink a cup of coffee, while other people do the art work and the drawing for them. I thought that was pretty cool, because it turns out that there is a way that you can create art, without even creating it. This technique was really helpful. Processes like that can also help you in art projects or even art assignments when needed. Finally, in my opinion, depending on other people to do your art for you is a great thing because there are millions of people out there who are better artists, but just don't use this technique all the time.
Did you gain skill with familiar materials?
Although they were the only substances and materials that I used. , I gained skill with using the markers and highlighters in drawing, coloring, and designing. They were great, especially for designing the notebook that I used in my project. So basically I brought a notebook, brought a marker, brought a highlighter, and started writhing (Draw Anything) on my paper. After that, I put the big notebook on a stand and put in the corner of the class , where people can draw and write on it. Finally, the marker were the only thing I gained experience with, and the were also the only thing I used in my project.
I Reflect
When did you step back and analyze you work during this project?
The only thing that took effort and a little bit of hard work, was reflecting back on the whole project. For ex: every day I go to the notebook and see if I need to change or improve any thing on the paper. Sadly, there was nothing to change in my work, because it wasn't even my drawings. However, I would still like to get credit for the work I did :) To conclude, I think that reflecting on my own work, can sometime make a positive change, and not what happened to me this time, in this project
Did you consider how ideas would work before you tried them?
Yes, I perfectly studied my ideas and my plans, before I started them. In fact, I wasn't planning on doing this until my teacher gave me this idea. After that, I started thinking about the outcome and the design and the tools that will be used in my project. It was not much, until I figured out everything. Finally, I always consider my projects before starting them.
How did you collaborate?
I basically set the notebook and the design, and the other people in my class did my drawings.
That's how I collaborated.
Who did what?
In my project almost every one did something. -I drew the (Draw Anything) -Others drew the Drawings.
Who did you work with?
I worked with almost everybody in my art class.
